About

I am a small press writer whose poetry and prose has appeared in numerous magazines both in print and online, from the most d.i.y. punk rock zines to glossy magazines found in your local bookstore. I have also been included in several anthologies, the most recent being ‘Cut Up! An anthology inspired by the cut-up method of William S Burroughs & Brion Gysin’ (2014, Oneiros Books)

I am the author of the online book ‘I Ching Jukebox’, a cut-up surrealist narrative centered on themes of singularity and industrial landscapes. In addition, I am the author of five chapbooks of poetry and Subliminal Syntax, a chapbook of cut-up prose and syntactical deconstruction.

From 2008-2009 I served as poetry editor to the online magazines Side Of Grits, and The Tampa Bay Muse.

From 2006-2009 I founded and led the spoken word collective Wordcore, where I organized, promoted, and performed in poetry shows, attempting to foster a deeper awareness of poetry within my community.

I have also been active in experimental music for over twenty years. I record ambient, experimental and noise sounds, both solo and as one half of the electronic project Blk/Mas.

I am currently taking bookings for poetry readings and noise performances.

I am also available for freelance writing, blogging, reporting/journalism, and editing.
